The Sprint is very beginner friendly. The Olympic is simply two loops of the Sprint bike & run. The Half is a very scenic, smooth, challenging course with this year's bike course changing to 62 miles. The run is four loops of the Sprint course. Nice & Flat!

After your race, enjoy our outdoor cookout, serving hamburgers & hotdogs. Plenty for all, including family & spectators. We offer free adult beverages, post race. Each participant will receive a finisher medal along with a cool T-shirt in their packet.
